This is a challenge to "space" beer which is to be made for space flights and will take into account gravity and its effect on the carbon dioxide in the beer as well as viscosity. Why the interest in beer? It is so easy to make - just some malt barley, water and yeast. That's all there is to it. I suppose wine is even simpler. All you need is fruit from the grape vine.
